Garcia had a team-leading .393 batting average and a .457 on-base percentage while tying for the most hits with 24 for the month. The junior catcher tallied 15 RBIs, 10 runs, three doubles and a home run. He had at least two hits in seven of 15 games while going 4-for-5 against Cal State L.A. on April 14. Garcia put up multiple RBIs in a team-best six games with his best performance coming against Chico State on April 5 as he had four RBIs and a run while going 3-for-6.
