Cal State San Marcos Athletics

Sophomore Jaime Jacob, a native of Encinitas, was CSUSM's first California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Champion after carding a 4-over 220 and guided the Cal State San Marcos women's golf team to the school's first-ever CCAA team title. Jacob was named CCAA Golfer of the Year and is ranked No. 6 in the NCAA Division II according to Golfstat.com. She shot a national-best 67 in the second round of the CCAA Championships.
