Jennifer Hager has been named the Cal State San Marcos Female Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 18-24, 2013.  Hager’s header off a corner kick in the 40th minute proved to be the winning goal in the Cougars 1-0 upset over No. 16 The Master’s College Saturday in the Opening Round of the NAIA National Championships. The clutch goal was the first of her CSUSM career for the senior from Woodland Hills, and sends the No. 21 Cougars to the final site of NAIA National Championships in Orange Beach, Alabama to face No. 2 Northwood (Fla.) Monday, December 2.
