Cal State San Marcos Athletics

Stacey Rayo of the third-ranked Cal State San Marcos women's golf team has been named the CSUSM Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of April 29 - May 5, 2013. She shot 3-over 147 (75-72) at the Association of Independent Institutions (A.I.I.) Conference Championships, helping the Cougars to a school record two-day total of 13-over 589. The freshman currently boasts the lowest scoring average for CSUSM and has posted three rounds of par or better.
