• Competed in four indoor meets and seven outdoor meets.
• Won the NCAA Division II National Championship in the 400-meter dash at the 2025 NCAA Indoor Championships with a school record of 52.92 seconds, becoming the program's first NCAA National Champion.
• Won the CCAA Championship (May 1-3) in both the 400-meter dash and the 400-meter hurdles.
• Broke the school record in the indoor 200-meter dash with a converted 24.05 seconds at the Maverick Premier #1 (Feb. 14).
• Set outdoor school records in the 200-meter dash (23.85) and 400-meter hurdles (57.79) at the Triton Invitational (April 4-5) and the 400-meter dash (52.72) at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 18-19).
• Helped record the seventh-fastest outdoor 4x400-meter relay time at the Mangrum Invitational (March 28) with a time of 3:49.77.
• Recorded the program's second-fastest 60-meter time at 7.81 seconds at the Maverick Premier #1 (Feb. 14).
• Helped post the team's second-fastest indoor 4x400-meter time with a converted 3:56.11 at Maverick Premier #2 (Feb. 15).

• Placed 124th at the Irvine Invitational (Sept. 6) with a 6K time of 27:55.6.  

• Competed in four indoor meets and nine outdoor meets.
• Became the program's second USTFCCCA All-America first-team honoree with a seventh-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the 2024 NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships (May 23-25).
• Won the CCAA Championship (May 2-4) in the 400-meter hurdles with a school record of 59.30 seconds after a record time of 59.43 in the prelims.
• Earned bronze in the 4x100-meter relay at the CCAA Championships with a time of 47.99 seconds.
• Broke the school record in the 400-meter dash at the Triton Invite (April 5-6) with a time of 54.75 seconds.
• Posted the second-best 100- (11.96) and 200-meter (24.50) times in program history at the Ben Brown Invitational (March 8-9) while also recording the seventh-best 100-meter hurdle mark (14.55).
• Part of two different 4x100-meter relay teams that recorded the sixth- and 10th-fastest times in program history at 47.37 and 47.68 seconds, respectively.
• Broke the program's indoor 200-meter record at the Maverick Premier #2 (Feb. 10) with a converted time of 24.97 seconds.
• Broke the program's indoor 400-meter record at the Lewis Invitational (Feb. 2) with a converted NCAA provisional time of 56.06 seconds.
• Had the team's 10th-best 60-meter hurdle time at 9.44 seconds at the Maverick Premier #1 (Feb. 9).

• Did not compete in any races.  

• Competed in four indoor meets and 11 outdoor meets.
• Placed 18th in the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 1:02.02.
• Silvered in the 400-meter hurdles at the CCAA Championships (May 4-6) with a time of 1:00.40 – the second-fastest time in program history.
• Help take silver in the 4x400-meter relay at the CCAA Championships with a time of 3:50.18.
• Earned bronze in the 4x100-meter relay at the CCAA Championships with a time of 46.94 – tying for the sixth-fastest time in program history.
• Ran the second-fastest indoor 400-meter time in program history at 58.88 at the Minnesota Massive Meet (Feb. 10).
• Helped run the second-fastest indoor 4x400-meter relay in team history at 3:56.84 in the Fastrack Last Chance Meet (Feb. 24).
• Had the fifth-fastest outdoor 400-meter dash time in program history with a time of 57.13 at the Triton Invitational (April 7-8).
• Ran a season-best outdoor 200-meter dash time of 25.72 at the Ben Brown Invite (March 10-11).
• Recorded season-best 800- and 100-meter hurdle times of 2:27.93 and 15.67, respectively, at the Ross & Sharon Irwin Invitational (March 18).

• Competed in two races. 
• Turned in a personal-best 5k time of 22:31.8 at the UCR Invitational (Sept. 17) for 224th place. 
• Made collegiate debut at the Mark Covert Classic (Sept. 3) for 155th place with an 5k time of 25:03.8.
