- Competed in five races.Â
- Ran a 6K PR time of 22:36.1 at the UCR Highlander (Oct. 18) for 120th place.Â
- Placed 52nd with a 6K time 23.49.1Â at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 24).Â
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024-25 AT CAL STATE SAN BERNARDINO
- Attended Cal State San Bernardino for one year.
- Earned the Freshman of the Year Award for track in 2025.
- Ran collegiate bests of 22:07 in the 6K, 18:31 in the 5K, and 40:22 in the 10K.
HIGH SCHOOL
- A 2024 graduate of Citrus Valley High School in Redlands, California.
- Earned the CLASS Award in 2024 for cross country and track.
- Named a scholar-athlete from 2020 to 2024.
- Maintained Principal’s Honor Roll status from 2020 to 2022 and Honor Roll in 2024.
- Ran personal bests of 5:21 in the 1600 meters, 11:10 in the 3200 meters, and 2:27 in the 800 meters.
- Helped lead her team to the 2023 Citrus Belt League Cross Country Championship.
- Participated in the Run for God Club.

- Born in Pomona, California and raised in Highland, California.
- Daughter of Ibeth and Sal Romero.
- Has one sister, Adelie, and one brother, Ethan, who competes in cross country and track for Cal Poly Pomona.
- Major in public health with a minor in nursing.
- Enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family.
- Favorite movies include White Chicks and Rush Hour.
- Favorite sports team is the Los Angeles Rams.
- Most memorable moment in her sport was winning the league championship in cross country.
- Biggest challenge she has overcome is balancing academics and athletics.
- Interesting fact: She is passionate about helping others and plans to pursue a career in healthcare.
