AS A SENIOR IN 2026 DURING OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD

• Competed in seven meets.
• Ran the seventh-fastest 10,000-meter time in program history in 35:56.32 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (April 3-4).
• Helped post the fourth-fastest 4x800-meter relay time in program history in 9:17.97 at the Rossi Relays (Feb. 28).
• Recorded a 1500-meter PR of 4:40.28 at the Mangrum Invitational (March 27).
• Posted a 5000-meter PR of 17:12.81 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 16-18).

AS A SENIOR IN 2025-26 DURING INDOOR TRACK & FIELD

• Competed in two meets.
• Recorded the third-fastest 5000-meter time in program history at 17:46.04 in the Friday edition of the GVSU Big Meet.

AS A SENIOR IN 2025 DURING CROSS COUNTRY

• Competed in six races. 
• Ran a 6K PR time of 20:53.7 to place 16th at the UCR Invitational (Sept. 27). 
• Placed 13th with a 6K time of 21:00.6 at the NCAA Division II West Regional (Nov. 8).  
• Took 21st at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 24) with a 6K time of 22:48.2.
• Clocked in a 6K time of 22:19.4 at the NCAA Division II National Champoinships (Nov. 22) for 147th place. 

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024-25 DURING TRACK & FIELD

• Competed in two indoor meets and seven outdoor meets.
• Recorded the seventh-fastest indoor mile in program history at the Maverick Premier #1 (Feb. 14) with a converted time of 5:13.79.
• Ran the fourth-fastest indoor 5000-meter time in team history in a converted 18:43.96 at the Maverick Premier #2 (Feb. 15).
• Posted the eighth-fastest outdoor 10,000-meter time in program history at the ULV Leopard Invitational (April 17-18) with a time of 36:26.28.
• Ran an outdoor 1500-meter PR of 4:40.84 at the Franson Last Chance (May 8-10).
• Had a season-best outdoor 800-meter time of 2:23.05 at the Vince O'Boyle Track & Field Classic (March 29).

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024 DURING CROSS COUNTRY

• Competed in six races. 
• Ran a 6K PR time of 21:20.1 to place fourth at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 28). 
• Took eighth at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 25) with a 6K time of 22:01.2.
• Placed 46th with a 3.74M time of 22:16.6 at the NCAA Division II West Regional (Nov. 9).  

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023-24 DURING TRACK & FIELD

• Competed in two indoor meets and nine outdoor meets
• Recorded the eighth-fastest indoor 3000-meter time in program history at 10:26.77 at the Lewis Invitational (Feb. 2).
• Ran the fifth-fastest outdoor mile in team history in 5:18.87 at the Steve Scott Invitational (April 26-27).
• Tallied an outdoor 5000-meter PR of 17:47.05 at the Ben Brown Invitational (March 8-9).

• Competed in six races. 
• Ran a 5K PR of 18:40.4 at the 42nd Annual UCR Invitational (Sept. 16) for 25th place. 
• Turned in a 6K PR of 22:27.0 for 46th place at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 23). 
• Placed 27th at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 21) with a time of 22:31.7. 
• Took 72nd place at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 4) after clocking a 6K time of 22:51.4

• Competed in two indoor meets and seven outdoor meets.
• Ran an indoor mile time of 5:35.05 at the Minnesota State Massive Meet (Feb. 11) after running an 800 time of 2:28.85 the day prior (Feb. 10).
• Posted a season-best outdoor 1500 time of 4:48.20 in the prelims of the CCAA Championships (May 4-6).
• Recorded a season-best outdoor 800 time of 2:17.06 at the APU Last Chance (May 12-13).
• Ran a 5,000-meter time of 18:11.85 at the Ben Brown Invite (March 10-11).

• Competed in six races. 
• Made collegiate debut at the Mark Covert Classic (Sept. 3) with a 49th place finish in 5k time of 20:07.2. 
• Took 28th place with a personal-best 6k time of 23:13.6 at the CCAA Championships (Nov. 5). 
• Placed 128th at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 19) with a 6k time of 23:58.2. 

• A 2022 graduate of Durango High School in Durango, Colorado.
