AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2026 DURING OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD

Helped run the fourth-fastest 4x800-meter relay in program history at the Rossi Relays (Feb. 28) with a time of 9:17.97.
Ran a 1500-meter PR of 4:43.84 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (April 11) while recording a season-best 800-meter time of 2:22.13.
Had a season-best 5000-meter time of 18:34.69 at the Aztec Coastal Track Classic & Distance Carnival (March 13).
Recorded a season-best 3000-meter time of 10:51.91 at the Rossi Relays (Feb. 28).

Competed in six races
Ran a 6K PR time of 22:26.5 at the Cougar Challenge for 25th place.
Placed 43rd at the CCAA Championships with a 6K time of 23:28.3.
Clocked a 6K time of 23:34.5 at the NCAA Division II West Regional for 118th place.

Born in Baldwin Park, California.
Raised in Chino, California.
Daughter of Owen and Diana McGarry.
Has three siblings: Frank, Miranda and Ethan.
Sister, Miranda, plays soccer at University of La Verne (2021-24).
Enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, music, reading and cooking.
Favorite movie: Sound of Music.
Roots for the LA Rams, La Dodgers.
Favorite athlete is Sydney McLaughlin.
Favorite food is subs.
Likes most about CSUSM is her teammates.
Favorite CSUSM moment was going to Alabama during cross country season.
Most memorable moment was making it to the state meet with her team in 2022.
She is a twin with her brother Ethan.
Spent the last two summer working with children and is involved with her community's church.
Aspires to attend graduate school and obtain a teaching credential to teach elementary school.
