  • Ran the second-fastest indoor mile in program history at the UW Preview (Jan. 18) in 5:07.67.
  • Helped run the third-fastest indoor DMR in school history with a time of 12:10.70 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 15).
  • Ran Division II's fastest outdoor 1500-meter run with a time of 4:36.87 at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 7) – sixth fastest in the program history.
  • Helped run the 10th-fastest outdoor DMR in school history at 12:52.19 at the Mangrum Preview (Feb. 8).
  • Season shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2019 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in six races with three top 10 finishes.
  • Ran a 6K PR in a time of 21:12.1 at the NCAA Division II West Regional, placing 19th.
  • Placed sixth at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 13) with a time of 21:32.2.
  • Took seventh at the Biola Invitational (Sept. 7) after turning in a time of 18:32.1 in the 5K race.
  • Earned All-CCAA honors for the second consecutive season after placing sixth at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 26) with a time of 22:26.0.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Placed fifth in the 5,000-meter run at the CCAA Track & Field Championships with a PR of 17:53.68.
  • After posting the fastest 1500-meter prelim time at 4:41.92, she went on to take fourth in the 1500-meter final at the CCAA Track & Field Championships at 4:39.39.
  • Had a season-best 1500-meter time of 4:39.06 at the Triton Invitational (April 12-13) – the ninth-fastest mark in program history.
  • Ran a PR of 2:17.44 in the 800-meter run at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 28-30).
  • Helped post the fourth-fastest DMR time in program history at the 23rd Rossi Relays with a mark of 12:21.30.
 
AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2018 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in seven races with five top 20 finishes.
  • Placed eighth at the Coyote Challenge (Sept. 22) with a 5K time of 17:57.4.
  • Ran a 6K personal-best time of 21:59.0 to take 10th at the CCAA Championships (Nov. 3).
  • Registered a 10th place finish at the Cougar Challenge (Oct. 13) in a 6K time of 22:55.3.
  • Placed 14th in her first collegiate race at the University of San Diego Invite (Sept. 15)  in a 6K time of 23:42.7.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2018 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Competed in the 400m, 800m, 1500m and 4x400m
  • Member of the 4x400m relay team (4:00.34) that placed sixth at the CCAA Championships (May 3-5)
  • Ran a PR of 4:49.72 in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 19-20)
  • Placed eighth in the 800m (2:27.80) at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Invite (March 17)
  • Turned in a PR of 1:04.79 to finish 13th at the Cal State L.A. (March 2-3)
  • Took 11th with a PR of 2:18.29 in the 800m at the California Collegiate Open (March 31)
