Glasgow was named to the NFCA/NAIA West Region Coaching Staff of the Year in 2012 after helping guide the Cougars to school-record 55 wins. CSUSM has finished fourth at the NAIA Championships in each of her seasons by the side of head coach Dave Williams.

She joined the Cougars after beginning her coaching career at San Diego City College.

Glasgow began her collegiate playing career at West Valley College in Saratoga, Calif.  As a freshman in 2004, she was named First Team All-Coast Conference and Second Team All-California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA), helping her team to a fourth place state finish.  The following season, Glasgow was named 2005 Coast Conference Player of the Year, First Team All-CCCAA, and First Team All-Coast Conference.

Glasgow continued her success at Dickinson State University, and as a junior in 2006 was named an NAIA All-American and Dakota Athletic Conference 10 (DAC 10) Player of the Year.  In 2007, en route to helping her team to the NAIA Elite Eight, Glasgow earned her second straight All-DAC 10 selection and was named Region III MVP.  She achieved similar success off the field, and was a recipient of the NAIA Champion of Character of Award in addition to being named the Dickinson State University Female Senior Athlete for the Class of 2007.

After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology (and a minor in Sociology) from Dickinson State in 2007, Glasgow entered the Master's program at San Diego State, where she earned her MBA in Sports Business Management in 2009.
