Cal State San Marcos Athletics

Guillermo Rodriguez has been working with the goalkeepers for the Cal State San Marcos men's soccer team since 2015.

Rodriguez came to San Marcos after six years as the head goalkeeping coach at the University of San Diego, where he also served as the third assistant coach. 

Since 2002, Rodriguez has been the director of goalkeeping for LA Galaxy San Diego and has served in a similar role since 2012 at San Diego Soccer Club.

Rodriguez started four seasons for Niagara University, where he was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Goalkeeper of the Year in 1996. He was also a member of the National Dean's List in 2000. He earned his B.S. in Commerce with a Concentration in Management in 2001.
