Jonathan Reynolds enters his first season as a volunteer assistant coach for the CSUSM men's basketball team in 2014-15.
Reynolds comes to CSUSM after four years of coaching high school boys basketball. He served as the head boys basketball coach at San Dieguito Academy in Encinitas, Calif. from 2012-14.
He played collegiate basketball at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla. and graduated in 2010.
A native of Pasadena, Maryland, Reynolds attended Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Virginia. He helped Oak Hill to national championships as a junior in 2004 and as a senior in 2005. He was teammates with current NBA standouts Rajon Rondo, Josh Smith and Ty Lawson.
