Your visit with a Nutrition or Dietetic Intern is confidential and only clinicians with a legitimate "need to know" have access to your record in the Athletics Training Room. The privacy of this information is protected by law.Information written by our training/medical staff are unavailable to coaches and administrative personnel.We will never release any of your health information without your written permission, except in the following instances:
  • If, in our judgment, releasing information is necessary to protect you or others from a serious threat to health or safety.
  • If it is authorized or required by law.
If you wish your information to be shared you will be required to fill out a "release of information" form that will be provided to you.
