• Tallied her first career assist in CSUSM's 3-1 win over Cal State East Bay (Sept. 23).
• Took a season-high three shots in a 1-0 win over Cal State Dominguez Hills (Sept. 30).
• Played all 90 minutes in 15 games.

• 2022 graduate of Millikan High School in Long Beach, California.
• Earned All-More League first-team honors three times.
• Was the 2019-20 Moore League Defensive Player of the Year.
• Is a two-time team Defensive Player of the Year.
• Part of the Press Telegram Dream Team.
• Helped win back-to-back-to-back Moore League Championships from 2018-21.
• Also played volleyball and earned All-Moore League second-team honors
• Was valedictorian with a 4.8 GPA.
• Earned the Scholar Athlete Award and had high AP honors.

• Played with Slammers FC from 2013-22.
• Won the ECRL Championship, the Surf Cup Championship, the Vegas Cup Championship and the Western Regional Championship.

• Born and raised in Long Beach, California.
• Daughter of Mike and Fatima Paulson.
• Has one older brother, Kyle, and a twin sister, Danielle.
• Sister also plays on the CSUSM women's soccer team.
• Father played soccer for two years at Cal State Dominguez Hills.
• Mother played four years of volleyball at Fresno Pacific.
• Brother played four years of volleyball at USC.
• Grandfather Terry McFate played football at UTEP.
• Grandmother Frances McFate was a five-time US National Champion in in-line speed skating.
• Grandfather Johnny Jose was a pro tennis player and is in the Philippines Hall of Fame.
• Wants to practice dermatology after graduating.
• Enjoys painting, photography and going to the beach.
• Her greatest influence is her grandma.
• Majoring in Biology.
