  • Ran the fourth-fastest indoor 400-meter run in program history at 1:00.51 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 15).
  • Recorded the fifth-fastest indoor 200-meter dash in school history at 26.43 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14).
  • Helped run the fourth-fastest indoor 4x400-meter relay in program history at 4:02.20 at the UW Invitational (Jan. 31 - Feb. 1).
  • Part of the 10th-fastest indoor 4x400 in school history at 4:14.81 at the UW Preview (Jan. 18).
  • Part of the squad that ran 4:08.88 in the outdoor 4x400 at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 7).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019
  • Took eighth in the 400-meter final at the CCAA Track & Field Championships (May 2-4) with a time of 59.64 after posting a prelim time of 57.72 – 10th fastest in program history.
  • Finished ninth in the 200-meter final at the CCAA Track & Field Championships with a time of 25.76 after putting the eighth-fastest time in program history at 25.34 during the prelim.
  • Put up a time of 12.88 in her lone 100-meter dash of the season at the RCC Invitational (March 1).
  • Helped the Cougars finish sixth in the 4x400-meter relay at the CCAA Championships with a time of 3:59.74.
