COURSE REPORT: The Cal State San Marcos men's golf team earned a share of sixth place at the Hanny/Stanislaus Invitational, finishing at 24-over 876 (295-295-286) across three rounds played Monday and Tuesday at Turlock Golf & Country Club.

FIRST TEE

• Aiden Canada paced the Cougars with a share of 15th place at 4-over 217 (72–74–71), highlighted by an even-par 71 in the final round.
• Gavin McCormick tied for 21st at 7-over 220 (73–73–74), delivering three steady rounds.
• Kai Miyata posted 8-over 221 (76–75–70) to finish tied for 25th, firing CSUSM's lowest round of the tournament with a 1-under 70 on Tuesday.
• Liam Weaver also tied for 25th at 8-over 221 (74–76–71), closing with an even-par 71.
• Julian Gay finished tied for 47th at 12-over 225 (78–73–74).
