Cougars See School Record, Seven Top-10 Program Marks at Rossi Relays

CLAREMONT, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos women's outdoor track & field team posted a school record and a total of seven top-10 program marks at the Rossi Relays on Saturday at the Burns Track Complex.
 
TOP PERFORMANCES
  • Nadia Miechowicz broke the 100-meter school record with a time of 11.76 seconds - .09 faster than the previous record set by Devin Yarbrough in 2024. Delaney Brown came in with the program's 10th-fastest time at 12.35 seconds.
  • In the 4x100-meter relay, the team of Brown, Clara Haungs, Miechowicz and Orchid Concha posted the fifth-fastest time in program history at 47.23 seconds, finishing second out of 13.
  • The 4x800-meter squad of Liberty Miller, Alayna McGarry, Ana Moreno and Angela McManus finished in 9:17.97 – the fourth-fastest time in program history.
  • Danielle Patrick recorded the program's fourth-best pole vault mark in team history with a height of 3.65 meters
  • In the hammer throw, Frayda Lemas posted the eighth-best mark in team history with a distance of 40.48 meters.
  • Jada Tua put up the eighth-best shot put mark in program history at 10.87 meters.
