HAYWARD, Calif. – A golden goal by
Jessica Harloe in the 96th minute gave the Cal State San Marcos women's soccer team its first California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) win of the season with a 1-0 overtime victory at Cal State East Bay's Pioneer Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Aluli had both of CSUSM's shots in the first half. Both shots to the bottom center of the goal were saved by CSUEB keeper Jordan Smith.
- The Cougars' defense did its job by holding the Pioneers shotless in the first 45 minutes.
- CSUSM came out more aggressive offensively in the second half as it took eight shots with four corner kicks. Three of the eight shots were on goal.
- In the 96th minute, Harloe scored the golden goal with her third shot of the game from near midfield to hand CSUSM the 1-0 victory.

- CSUSM Improves to 2-3-2 (1-1 CCAA) while CSUEB drops to 1-4-3 (0-1-1 CCAA).
