"I am so incredibly proud of this team, this season and our seniors," said CSUSM head coach Andrea Leonard. "We once again showed dominating moments that epitomize our program and our future! We put ourselves in a position to win and that is a huge turnaround from last year. We achieved so many goals this season and continue to reach for the stars. This has been a monumental season and has been historical for us to set the pace for the future.

"Great memories, great student-athletes and great support."

Freshman Madi Anderson tallied her fifth double-double of the season, finishing with lucky number 13 in both kills and digs.
