SAN MARCOS, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos men's soccer team hosts Cal State Dominguez Hills and No. 12 Cal State L.A. in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play this week in The Cage. On Sunday, the Cougars will honor their pair of seniors prior to the match.

Senior Day
Prior to Sunday's match against the Golden Eagles, two Cougar seniors – Jacob Stolmeier and Zach Olow – will be honored for their years of service to the CSUSM program. Be sure to arrive early to catch the program.

Cougar Notes
· CSUSM earned four points last weekend by going 1-0-1, the first time in program history in which the Cougars had earned four points on an away conference road trip.
· Freshman Parker Hodges scored the game-winner in the 76^th minute to lift CSUSM to a 2-1 win over Cal State Monterey Bay.
· Hodges has earned five points over his last four matches, including an assist on Olow's goal that forced a 1-1 tie with San Francisco State.
· Last Friday's win over CSUMB was head coach Ron Pulvers' 100^th career victory as head coach at CSUSM.
· The Cougars are tied for seventh place with 11 points in the CCAA standings, five back of leaders Cal Poly Pomona and Cal State San Bernardino.
 
The Deal with Dominguez
· CSUSM is 0-4-0 all-time against the Toros.
· CSUDH dropped CSUSM 3-0 in Carson last season.
· The Toros are coming off back-to-back road losses to CSULA and Chico State.
· CSUDH is one point ahead of CSUSM in the CCAA standings.

Golden Eagles Preview
· CSUSM is 0-3-0 all-time vs. CSULA.
· CSUSM fell 1-0 to the Golden Eagles last season.
· CSULA has won six of its last seven.
· CSULA is in third in the CCAA standings, one point behind CPP and CSUSB.

The Pulvers File
Head coach Ron Pulvers enters his 11^th season as head coach of the CSUSM men's soccer program and 21^st overall as a collegiate head coach. He holds a 100-62-17 (.606) record in charge of the CSUSM men's program and a 226-133-31 (.619) career record. Between 2006-13, Pulvers was the head coach for both the men's and women's programs at CSUSM.
