On The Road Again
The Cougars are in the midst of a four-game road trip, their first of two such ventures in the regular season.  After a stop at West Coast Baptist on Oct. 4, CSUSM is finally back home to host Concordia (Oct. 7) and San Diego Christian (Oct. 14) with a trip to Hope International (Oct. 8) sandwiched in-between. The Cougars then once again hit the road with a three-match tournament hosted by The Master's College (Oct. 17-18) and wrapped up the road-trip at No. 6 Biola (Oct. 23).

Strong Presence In National Statistics
The Cougars are ranked in seven categories at the national level including No. 4 in both total assists (857) and total kills (935). The other five rankings are: No. 14 in total service aces (123), No. 15 in total digs (1128), No. 25 in kills per game (12.810), No. 29 in assists per game (11.74) and No. 34 in hitting percentage (.216). Senior Alyssa Foster and junior Jordan Banich also appear in the rankings.  Foster ranks No. 7 in total assists (673) and assists per game (9.9).  Banich ranks No. 26 in kills per game (3.540) and No. 41 in total kills (191).
