Yachi Fails successfully qualified for the NAIA National Championships in the long jump with a season best leap of 5.61m (18 feet, 5 inches). The senior from Rancho Penasquitos, Calif. will look make earn back-to-back All-American recognition in the event, as Fails finished fifth at last year's NAIA National Championship. Her mark of 5.61m currently is the fourth best in the NAIA this season.
