Adam Loran has been named the CSUSM Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Mar. 4-10, 2013. Loran finished tied for medalist honors at last week's The Master's College Spring Invitational after posting 2-over 218 through three rounds. He shot 1-under 71 in round one before closing with a 1-under 71 in the final round to force a four-way playoff for the individual title. He fell to eventual champion Mikey McGinn on the first playoff hole. Loran currently leads the Cougars with a 73.10 stroke average.
