A lock-down defender who who leads the Cougars in both starts and minutes per game, senior Jamel McGuire has played a huge role in the Cougars success on the court this season. Over the course of February, Jamel has averaged 14.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. Against #4 ranked Concordia (CA), he put up a season high 25 points and a school-record at the time 17 rebounds. For the season, Jamel is averaging over 1.3 steals per game.
