Denker was named to the NCAA West Region All-Tournament Team and the CCAA All-Tournament Team for his performance in the Cougars' four March games. Denker led CSUSM with 26.3 points per game while going 53% (35-of-66) from the field, 47.8% (11-of-23) from three and 92.3% (24-of-26) from the free throw line. Denker was CSUSM's leading scorer in all four March contests and posted a career-high 31 points in the semifinals of the CCAA Tournament against Chico State. On March 1, Denker was named to the All-CCAA second team.
