During men's basketball's flawless 5-0 month, McCain led the CCAA with a field-goal percentage of 58.9 and 2.6 steals per game. He led the team with 4.0 assists per game and was second on the squad with 15.4 points per game. In the Cougars' victory over Saint Martin's, the Sacramento native tied his career high with 22 points while making a career-high 11 field goals. Against then-No. 24/9 Point Loma, McCain led the way with 17 points and three steals in the Cougars' 38-point victory. After defeating Cal State LA to end November, McCain now sits fourth all-time for career steals at CSUSM with 74 and is 10th for career assists with 111.
