Charlotte Kuzminsky was named the CSUSM Female Student Athlete of the Month for March 2015.
Kuzminsky, a junior from San Diego, earned three NAIA All-America awards at the Indoor Track & Field National Championships, Mar. 5-7, in Geneva, Ohio. Kuzminsky finished third overall with a school-record time of 2:53.9 in the 1000m, in addition to helping the 4x800m relay and distance medley relay teams to All-America honors and school records.
She took home A.I.I. Athlete of the Week on March 8. Following her impressive indoor track season, she has already qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships in the 1500m and 800m. Â
