Jason Johnson of the Cal State San Marcos men's basketball team has been named the CSUSM Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Feb. 24-Mar. 2. Johnson's layup with five seconds left lifted CSUSM to an 82-80 victory over No. 10 Vanguard in the NAIA Game of the Week last Thursday. It kept the Cougars' 19-game winning streak alive and helped CSUSM finish the year 28-1 overall.
